How would you describe your music?

Classical Meets World Meets Progressive Rock. As a film composer, whatever style or mood it takes to elevate the picture. Much more organic than sample based lately, except for the purely electronic tracks. Enjoy unusual instrument blends of all kinds.


What computer and audio hardware do you use?

Apple Mac Pro 8 core with 16GB of RAM, Apple 23 inch cinema display (2), Avid Pro Tools HD 3 Accel, Avid HD OMNI audio interface, Glyph 6 bay trip firewire drive, Focusrite ISA 420 Session Pack and ISA 428 * channel Mic pre’s, MAGMA 4 Slot PCI to pice expansion chassis, Genelec 8040 monitors and 7060 Sub, M-Audio Keystation pro 88 midi controler, Apple IPad with Neyrinck’s V-Control (Control surface), Hear Technologies Hear Back 4 Pack headphone system, Sony MDR-V700 and Monster Beats Headphones, Pixel Pro 32 inch video monitor, Canopus ADVC 100 Firewire video converter box, Blue, Neuman, AKG, Audix and Shure Microphones, all wired with Monster, Mogami and Apogee cabling, Monster Pro 3500 and 2000 Power supplies. About 60 assorted musical instruments, Ethnic and Western.


What software and samples do you use?

Avid Pro Tools 9, Avid Sibelius 6, Sampling libraries and Virtual Instruments by VSL, East West, Sonic Implants, Spectrasonics, Project Sam, and Sonokitetics.

Plug ins just about from everyone.


What would be your dream studio setup?

The same one I have now, except sitting on top of a 100 ft tree in the middle of the Amazon jungle.
